This home was ready for an update, especially the kitchen and bathrooms. The Lee’s also requested a unique banister for the staircase that would showcase the entry of their home.
Kitchen
This contemporary kitchen allows easy access to appliances and the eating area and a convenient space for meal prep. The counter height chairs are upholstered in a quick, clean fabric. The above, low voltage, gracefully shaped, glass pendants provide just the right amount of diffused light for eating or reading.
Master vanity area
The Maplewood vanity has custom Asian design feet and a granite countertop with backsplash that showcases the satin nickel framed mirror. The mirror is surrounded with a halogen lamp for optimal lighting.
Powder room
The white porcelain ZEN sink with satin nickel faucet sits on top of a two-toned custom color cabinet. The faux finished walls complement the tranquil ambiance of the room.
Staircase
Keeping the existing black, square-edged, wrought iron bannister, a wide sheet of blow-torched copper was woven through it to create a wavy design with a one-of-a-kind patina. A stunning complement to the entry.
