MATERIALS NEEDED
- Dish towel
- Fabrics: stripe & solid
- Welt cord
- Filler
- Sewing machine, scissors
HERE’S HOW
- Cut dish towel to desired size
- Cut stripe fabric for ruffle & back
- Cut solid fabric and cover welt cord
- Gather ruffle
- Attach welt to pillow front, then ruffle, and then fabric back, leave an opening
- Turn inside out and stuff with filler
- Hand stitch opening
