Ireland Forever
Create a tiny tablescape celebrating St. Patrick’s Day by recycling a small matchbox. This matchbox houses an accordion-style design to pull out and enjoy the special day. Add a vase full of Shamrocks to complement the paper creation.
MATERIALS NEEDED
- An empty matchbox
- File folders
- Magazine cut-outs
- Stickers
- Pattern paper
- Glue stick
- Tacky glue
- Ink
- Green cord
HERE’S HOW
- Cut file folder into a long strip to fit box
- Score each individual piece to box size, fold like an accordion
- Glue tiny magazine cut-outs on both sides of file folder sections
- Ink all sides
- Glue pattern paper to cover matchbox
- Glue a picture to top of box
- Tie green cord around box
